What happens when my 14-day free trial ends?
You will be notified when your free trial is about to end. You can choose to continue on with a subscription plan but if you don’t, we will no longer engage with your Instagram account.
How quickly will I start to see results?
Once your targeting is set up, the system will start making activity and results should show within 1 – 2 days. Take advantage of your free account manager to give you the best targeting. Note: results will vary from account to account.
Is your service safe to use?
Absolutely. Our service uses genuine marketing techniques to deliver real growth to your account. We work well within the constraints of Instagram and we do everything possible to ensure that your account is both safe and secure while using Instant.
What’s the different between a Fortnightly, Monthly and Agency subscription?
A fortnightly and monthly subscription offers the same dashboard and system. The only difference is the time when your subscription gets billed. An ‘Agency’ allows a single person to control multiple Instagram accounts from one dashboard and is billed monthly.
Are the followers I gain real?
Unlike most of our competitors, we do not sell you fake followers. We’ve spend years developing specialised marketing techniques to help you see real, targeted growth with genuine, active followers – so yes, your followers are real.
Does Instant provide analytics?
Yes! When you log into your own personal Instant dashboard, you will see live and historical analytics on your account. This includes ‘followers’ and ‘following’ growth as well as activity and business insights.
What if I don’t know who I want to target?
If you don’t know who our how to target and audience, don’t worry! Take time with your account manager to understand where and who you should be putting your efforts towards.
Managing Your Account
Do I have access to a dashboard?
Our service gives you a complete, secure and easy to use dashboard. This means you can be as hand on or off as you like. Monitor your growth and continuously optimise your targeting to ensure your growth is maximised.
How can I update my settings and targets?
By logging into your Instant dashboard, you can update, remove, and add new targets, adjust your settings and change your daily activity numbers. It’s very easy and simple to do!
Can I use my Instagram account while using Instant?
Yes, you can use your Instagram account as our normally would while using Instant. However, Instant works hard to ensure your account is performing the necessary actions to maximise your growth. Therefore, we recommend that you keep your own engagement (liking a lot) to a minimum, allowing our service to maintain a safe level or engagement for you.
Can I set my Instagram too private?
Yes, you may set your account too private. Typically, private accounts do not affect your performance while using Instant but we have seen that Instagram accounts that are public generally grow faster.
Will I lose my followers if I stop using your service?
Absolutely not! The followers you gain as a result of using Instant are real and follow you because they are genuinely interested in your account. They will not disappear when you stop using Instant.
Billing & Subscription
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, simply log into your Instant dashboard, go to My Settings > Billing and Subscription > Subscription and click ‘Cancel Subscription’. This will cancel your subscription instantly and you will no longer be charged.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, however, you will need to contact your account manager to do so. Simply email email@example.com and ask to pause your account. This is a great option if you’d like to keep your analytics and settings within your account ready for when you’d like to restart your subscription in the future.
How can I change my subscription?
Simply log into your Instant dashboard, go to My Settings > Billing and Subscription > Subscription and click on the preferred subscription to change.
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service within 30-days of signing up, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
Do you provide billing invoices?
Yes, we provide Instant subscription invoices which are charges in USD.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express. Online payments processed through Stripe.
